We produce our Extra Virgin Olive Oil blends by milling our olives with fresh, perfect fruit that ripened under our Sicilian sun! We don't add essential fruit-oils to our oil. We blend our olives and fresh fruits together and then we press them to extract their blended essential oils that are not only delicious, but also contain essential nutrients and vitamins.
