It all begins with the pasta! One package of our durum wheat busiate pasta (500gr) and one package of our tumminia whole-grain busiate pasta (500gr). Add our amazing sun-ripened cherry tomato pasta sauce (2 x 330ml)! Naturally sweet without any sweeteners or sugars added, just the way nature intended it.
No meal is complete without our exceptional, cold-pressed, bold Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Harvest 2020/21 (500ml) and our very own, Moscato Balsamic Vinegar (500ml) aged 8 years in kegs to bring you a rich, naturally sweet taste with hints of figs and raspberries.
As a free gift, we will include our wonderful Trapanese sea salt. It’s the perfect sea salt to cook your pasta in!
Note: our cherry tomato sauce is a typical Sicilian tomato sauce. It is delicate, lightly salted with a hint of basil. If you prefer a stronger taste, we suggest you add the sauce to some onion or garlic sautéed in Papa Vince’s EVOO, and add your favorite spices, herbs and/or meat. Papa Vince’s cherry tomato sauce is perfect as a base to your favorite recipes or heated on its own if you prefer a light, naturally sweet tomato sauce. Either way, you won’t be disappointed!
